It's dead, Jim.

You may recall that nine-ish months ago, I smoked my personal laptop's power supply. Today, finally, I got a quote to fix it; $500, which is too much. So today I took it completely apart and, well, it's dead. I need a new system board. Maybe I can find one on ebay as spare parts. Anyway, I'm posting this from my phone because I haven't killed this yet.
