Blah in Texas

For the second time in three weeks, my two-day trip has escalated into a four-day trip. And it sucks. This time it's in the Dallas area. I hate it because I miss my girl. It's one thing when you're expecting to be gone for four days and you can kind of mentally prepare for it, but it's another when you're not prepared and it's just longer and longer away from the one(s) you love. It kinda sucks.

To make matters worse, my particular hotel is having satellite problems (big storms rolling through) so even the TV sucks. Blah! And the internet is down, but luckily I have the tethered modem option on my cell so I can use that instead.

I just wanna go home.
