hamadryad because I haven't talked to her for a long time. Okay, not really. She gets the Patented LoveWaves™.
The hate and vitriol goes to The Container Store. I know they don't have these everywhere, so I'll try to describe them: They are an organized person's dream. I'm not organized in the least, but boy howdy do I love this store. I can't believe I just said boy howdy. Anyway, the reason that they get my hate and vitriol is because their modular shelving units are awesome as heck and expensive as hell. And I want one badly. So I'll probably have to start out with a single shelf unit and then add to it as I go. But even that first shelf will run $280 or so (82" tall, 40" wide, 12" deep). I hate those Container Store expensive stuff-selling motherfuckers.
I want to make the following mix CDs: Beginner's Guide to Ween, Cheese Mix (AM Gold 70's Light Rock, e.g. Chevy Van, Afternoon Delight), Cover songs, Kazoo mix (all songs which contain kazoo, but I can't find a whole lot of them), All-acoustic mix, blah blah blah...
I think I'll do a poll about donuts later today.
I wish there were really a Sarlaac Pit. We should spend our outrageous defense funding on making one.
I think I'm turning into Andy Rooney. Better than turning into Mickey Rooney, I suppose. Have you ever seen the movie Breakfast at Tiffany's? Mickey Rooney was HORRIBLE in that movie. The whole movie was horrible. Read the original Capote story and just TRY to tell me that it's not a horrible movie. But Ms. Hepburn was captivating and perfect and beautiful. I'll give you that.
I'm not as good of a person as I wish I was. But I'm not altogether bad, either.

I want to watch The Muppet Movie. I want to watch a lot of movies. I really should quit my job and just watch all my dvds.
You should find the short film "More" and watch it. My icon for this entry came from that movie. Has anyone seen it? It's one of my two or three favorite short films.
I should finish my Bukowski today at lunch. ( book poll )
