Book Update
Nov. 9th, 2002 05:33 pmI've finished Cat's Cradle and I hereby proclaim it to be one fuck of a book. Dug it muchly. There will be more Vonnegut in my future, of this we can be certain.
Next on my list is Eudora Welty's The Optimist's Daughter. Every time I pick it up I will think of the person who sent it to me, which is a good thing because I like to think of her.
I have also decided that Salinger's Catcher in the Rye is in my future. Many people have suggested that I won't like it much since I am kind of out of the typical age range, but I have noticed that any coming of age movie or book references CitR. So, in other words, I need to read it if for no other reason than the fact that it's so referenced.
