WASHINGTON (AP) - Overweight Americans now have a new pocketbook reason to shed some pounds. Recognizing obesity as a disease, the IRS says it will begin allowing taxpayers to claim weight loss expenses as a medical deduction.

Coming to a theater near you...

I've decided to make the most annoying movie ever. It will star Carrottop as a retarded man and Andie MacDowell as his love interest. Tom Green will write and direct. The score will be by the guy who did the Lord of the Rings score. The post-production coordinator will be the same as that of Stark Raving Mad.

Please help me come up with other people to star in it as well as an outline of the plot. A title would be nice, too.
