Twenty films, each only five seconds long. Many are quite enjoyable.

To all my computery friends, specifically Chris Hiner:

As you'll recall, I built my own computer almost three years ago. I'd like to do what I can to improve it's performance without just re-building from scratch. So I'd like to tell you what I got back then and you can suggest some upgrades. It's a win-win situation, as long as you consider doing something for nothing a win.

Motherboard: ASUS P5B-E LGA 775 Intel P965 Express ATX
Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo E6300 Conroe 1.86GHz LGA 775 65W Dual-Core Processor Model
Memory: G.SKILL 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model F2-6400CL5D-2GBNQ
Video Card: EVGA 256-P2-N624-AR GeForce 7900GS 256MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 SLI Support Video Card

Power Supply (I suspect this is okay as is): OCZ GameXStream OCZ700GXSSLI 700W ATX12V SLI Certified CrossFire Ready Active PFC Power Supply
OS: Microsoft Windows Vista 32-Bit Home Premium for System Builders Single Pack DVD

So I figure that I'll upgrade the CPU to the best (affordable) one, double the memory if I can figure out what ones are compatible with my motherboard, and probably upgrade to Windows 7. Do I need to upgrade the video card? I'm not doing any hard-core game playing, and I haven't really had any problems, so I don't figure that I do.

Is it really worth upgrading the CPU, or am I better off just waiting another year or two and building another one from the ground up? More memory I think is something I should probably do because I'm constantly seem to be pretty low.

And how the hell can I make my internet go faster?
This ends my clueless ramblings.
