Oct. 12th, 2009 12:38 pmWhile I am very very proud of Susan for attempting her first marathon and awesomely doing a respectable 16 miles, and I'm also proud of Paul for completing his first marathon, I would just like to say that I still don't understand the appeal of running long distances on purpose. Then again, I bet that some of you don't understand the joys of watching a bunch of grown men batting around a piece of rubber on a sheet of ice in an effort to put in into a little box. So, hey, do it if you like it!
