(no subject)

Let's say that I want to put a large hard drive in my computer, but also have it accessible to Susan. How would I do that? Our network is this: The DSL comes into a modem/router next to her desk, then there's a long cable run to the basement and my router, which connects to my computer. Everything is pretty much default set up. I don't know if we're all on the same network, IP-wise. I also don't know if it matters.

So, any suggestions are welcome. Is it is simple as "sharing" the drive? Susan told me something about the Opera web browser having built-in networking features.

Anyway, someone tell me what to do.
