Now that Blu-Ray has won the HD format war (and all because I bought HD-DVD, thankyouverymuch), I kinda want a Blu-Ray player. The problem is that they aren't cheap yet, and that the standard for the format is still shifting. So there's only one Blu-Ray player that makes sense to buy, which is the Sony Playstation 3. It's pretty much the same price as the cheapest of Blu-Ray players, AND it's software upgradeable.

So maybe one of those is in my future. Not my immediate future, though.
