I made soft pretzels on Friday evening, and boy howdy are they tasty. I used Alton Brown's recipe, which is good, though next time I'm going to give them a little extra time in the baking soda bath. I think they could use a little extra chewiness to them. And I'm not sure how to store them, as putting them in a ziploc made them a little soggy. Still, though... yummy!
