Travel and XBox
Jun. 21st, 2007 11:21 amTravel has picked up lately. I was in Montreal for four days last week and L.A. early this week, and tonight I leave for Dallas for a day-job (hopefully). Busy busy busy. As a result, I'm sick of going anywhere and hope that this weekend I don't have to leave the house, or at least not for more than an hour.
My girlfriend, being the greatest and best girlfriend ever, got me an XBOX 360 for my birthday last week. It is all that is good and right in the world. XBox Live Arcade is going to be my new best friend, and I'm going to play Catan and Joust and Time Pilot and Contra and all those other awesome games. And Gears of War, which The GrumblyPants got for me. And maybe one of the other games I have. Q played the free demo of Joust for a little while last night and seemed to be enjoying it thoroughly.
