Alsos

I got my filling today (after my root canal two weeks ago). It hurt more than the root canal did. I also have a small infection, so I have to fill my antibiotic scrip today.

Also, I'm broke.

Also also, I won a contest on boardgamegeek.com, and now meeplepeople.com sells two shirts of my design (with more to come, possibly).

Also also also, for the first time last night, I GAVE AWAY one of my boardgames. It was a Star Wars: Episode One variant of Monopoly, so it's not like it was anything good.

Also also also also, I'm going to play games this weekend. I like games.

Also also also also also, I'm watching a documentary film on a Finnish chorus that shouts instead of singing.

Also also also also also also, I wish I were a sumo wrestler. I'm pretty close in size to the only active yokozuna (highest-level sumo), Asashoryu Akinori. I'm a couple of inches taller, a couple of pounds heavier. Of course, he could still kick my ass in the Dohyō.

Also also also also also also also, a yokozuna makes about $24k a month, plus bonuses, winnings, endorsements, and stuff like that.

Also also also also also also also also, if I WERE a sumo wrestler, I'd want to be just like Toki, because he's got long sideburns like me.

Also, this is getting ridiculous.

Art, dulcimers, and chinchillas

Susan and I went to a street fair on her street in Evanston last month. While there, we bought some paintings from a guy who goes by CHUB. Here's a picture of the sculpture that I REALLY want, though:
