Got up at 4am to fly down here to Dallas, only to arrive and find that the spare parts that I need are not here. So I have the rest of the day off, so to speak. I'm going to take a nap, then maybe take in a movie and get some food, possibly at Pappadeaux were I went with your_new_cuckoo years ago. She got crabcakes, i got cedar-baked salmon. We both enjoyed our food.

Dinner kinda sucked. The gumbo was lackluster, and the "Pappadeaux Platter" was (a) waaaaay too much food and (b) generally not that good. The stuffed crab was okay, the rest was mostly eh.

Movie 1: March of the Penguins - Very cute, very amazing, very sad at times. I like documentaries about animals that do amazing things because, well, that's what they do.

Movie 2: The Aristocrats - I haven't laughed so hard in a long long time. Everyone was so funny. I think Sarah Silverman was still my favorite, though.

Now I'm going to go to sleep.
