- The Pizza Puff - Pizza toppings in a flaky-ish dough, deep-fried. It's deep-fried, AND it's pizza! Like giant Pizza Rolls, only better!
- The Italian Beef Sandwich - Boiled beef, sliced thin and served on a chewy-crusty roll, then topped with a bit of the boiling broth and sweet or hot peppers. I like mine dunked in the juice. Mushy-bread hYUM.
- The Maxwell Street Polish - A polish sausage with a nice snap to the skin, grilled and served on a steamed poppyseed roll. Typically topped with grilled onions, mustard, a pickle wedge, tomato, and sport peppers (though I like it with the last two left off).
- The Combo- An Italian Beef with a grilled italian sausage added to it, too. Heart attack here I come (like a Pizza Puff is so much better for the heart).
- The Stuffed Pizza - Not the same thing as a deep-dish or pan pizza. the dough in the pan is covered with cheese -- a LOT of cheese -- and the toppings you request. Then another thin layer of dough and the sauce on top. It's nice because the bottom crust gets cooked nice and crunchy and the middle crust stays semi-raw (which I like). And remember that no matter which pizza joint you go to, the "special" will always be sausage, mushrooms, onions, and green peppers, which makes it seem a lot less special.
