The world's most complicated meme, stolen from joeyhemlock:
1. Copy the list below to whatever editor you use to make journal entries, remembering to fix any bold/strike/italics that didn't copy correctly.
2. Add three of the following to the bottom of the list: A movie you like, a fast food item you like, a reason for living, a cartoon character you think is sexy, a beverage you loathe, or the Latin name of an animal that you like.  The first should be written in all lowercase letters, the other two can be written however you'd like.
3. Cross off any items on the list (the code is [strike]...[/strike], except with the pointy brackets) that you don't like (unless it's something that you just added) or that has too many vowels for your liking.  If this item is already crossed off, then bold it ([b]...[/b], except with the pointy brackets) as well.  If it's already crossed off and bolded, then remove the strike and bold, then italicize it ([i]...[/i], except with the pointy brackets) instead. If it's already italicized then just delete it from the list altogether.
4. Do the Hokey-Pokey and turn yourself around.  This is optional.
5. Link the first item in the list that's not crossed off, bolded, and/or italicized to a picture of a puppy, a picture of a movie star, a book/CD/movie on your Amazon wishlist, the website of a professional sports team, or the Material Data Safety Sheet for some chemical compound.
6. Post the new list in your journal along with these instructions, crediting the person from whose journal you ganked it (i.e. "Stolen from joeyhemlock").
7. If anyone posts the meme crediting you, reply with your third-favorite user picture and the words "FLANK STEAK!".
