If you come to Chicago (and you should), I recommend eating at Hema's Kitchen (the original on Devon and Oakley, or the new one on Clark and Fullerton).  It's yummy as frickin' hell, if frickin' hell were yummy, which I don't believe has been decided.  It's Indian food, and it's just sooooo good.  I got some yesterday (take out) and I'm about to eat the leftovers.  I recommend the Aloo Ghosht.
