Book Update

I finished Steinbeck's East of Eden, and I enjoyed it immensly. Steinbeck can be wordy or go off on a tangent sometimes, but some of the passages he writes are just... stunning. I want to read more, and I shall. Anyway, a 600 page book in 12 days is pretty good! I'm up to 35 books and 5 dramas for the year. There's certainly a realistic shot at 50, though moving is going to take a lot of my time.

Next up is... I don't know. My sister Becky bought me The Lust Lizard of Melancholy Cove by Christopher Moore and Dandelion Wine by Ray Bradbury, so maybe one of those two. I also have to read The Godfather and get it back to its rightful owner before she moves away. That'll probably be the one after next, but I want to read something lighter first.
