  1. Where did you meet your closest friend? - Hmm, I'm not sure who my closest friend is.

  2. What kind of high school did you go to? - A small public one that didn't challenge me at all.

  3. Have you ever played a sport enthusastically? If so, which one? - Baseball in my 4th-10th grade years, (American) football from 9th-12th grade (i was decent for my area), softball and volleyball throughout and after college, but I wouldn't say enthuiastically.

  4. How many hours do you work a week? - I'd say 15-20 of actual work.

  5. Nipples? - Yes, please.

On Bush

Tonya linked to a good article about this impending war. Sums up a lot of what I think. Bush doesn't care about anything but making sure that rich white people get richer and whiter and fighting a holy war on behalf of the Christian right. With him as our leader, the economy, environment, personal liberty, human rights, everything has gone right down the toilet. And he wants to take away more freedoms, ruin more environment, cut more taxes (deficit? who cares?), kill innocent people, and he's still got a positive approval rating! If that doesn't show the stupidity of the American people... Or maybe it's just me. I'll admit that I don't know everything about everything, but I do know that I try to stay informed and I know what think is right. And Bush is not right. What can I do to get him not-elected in 2004?

Narc - Ray Liotta and Jason Patric both did great jobs. This was very indie-looking, very gritty, and pretty-durned well done. The story was somewhat weak, I guess, but it didn't get too awfully formulaic and the performances more than make up for the difference. Joey gives Narc three stars out of four. Watch it or don't, what do I care?

Tonight is LOTR:TTT again with my friend Tish. Sunday I might go see some crappy flicks just to catch up on 'em. Tomorrow I'm going to Guitar Center in the morning and a friend's house to play board games in the evening.

Oh, and I finished Watership Down. Book count for the year: 1. A Clockwork Orange is next ont he block. It's short, but judging by the first few pages, it's hard to read with lots of made-up bullshit words. I hope there's a point to 'em other than driving me batfuck.

Speaking of batfuck, welcome back to the states, steph.
