what I'll eat today.
Jun. 4th, 2002 01:03 pmFor breakfast, I had a nice steak egg and cheese bagel from McD's. For lunch, I had some lackluster Chinese food. All will be right with the world, however, once dinner time rolls around because I'm going to make Tuscan Steak for myself. This is essentially a nice thick steak (I bought a 20 oz. porterhouse last night that's a good 1.25" thick) that's seared over very high heat to form a tasty crust, cooked to a good rare, then sliced and topped with olive oil and lemon juice. I think it'll be good. Who wants to come over for some? I'm also planning on grilling some asparagus.
