More proof of the impending Apocolypse.

I have decided to read a "classic" novel. Something like Grapes of Wrath or Catcher in the Rye or To Kill a Mockingbird (all of which I've never read, so I know little-to-nothing about) or something. This is a big step for me, so I want to start with something substantial and rewarding, but not too hard to read. And not TOO much symbolism.

Any recommendations? Please don't ask me to read anything like Goethe's Faust or anything that was originally in latin or greek. That's too hard to read. I want a somewhat easy read.

Nymmy fucks me, but not in the preferred method.

Now that nymysys has her car up and running, the fates have apparently decided to jam the bad car karma up my ass. On the way home, my Jeep suddenly got very very loud. I think something in the exhaust popped loose, but I didn't see where. I could feel it jiggle when I went over a bump. So tomorrow morning, it goes to the garage. Please cross your fingers that it's not expensive. I don't have the $ for this shit.

Still, though, I'm in a good mood.
