I had lunch with Clare today. It was good. We went to Sushi Kushi Toyo and had, well, sushi. It made sense at the time. We talked about a lot of things. I talked about how much my jobs been getting to me and she talked about how busy she's been. I also found out that she actually went to school to study theater and that's what her degree is in. She's doing sales management at a hotel now. She was doing stage manager kinds of stuff at some big fancy theater in LA that she thought I might have heard of. Needless to say, I was pretty much charming and witty.

Things about Clare: She does sales management at a hotel near where I work. She works with a lot of people at my job who need to arrange rooms for people. She's a lot of fun and pretty much always happy she gets my jokes and she seems to like me around. She's from LA and hates the snow. She wants to move back to California, maybe San Diego. If it snows really hard, she just stays at the hotel instead of driving. She really flirty, but she's kind of a good girl, too, so she seems to get embarassed. I took her to my company's christmas party in 2000. We may have fooled around a little after that party. She loves daisies and wants to name a child (if she decides to have one) Daisy. She's not so keen on the name Zoey. She looks a little like Stockard Channing. She HATES being called Clare Bear, so that's what I usually call her. If there's something she doesn't like, she says "Very poor!". If you tease her, she says "Okay, shut." She always seems playful. Here's a picture of us from about 1.5 years ago.

I like her. She knows that she can date me if she wants to.
