Forgive me Sapphy, for I have sinned.
Jul. 5th, 2001 10:40 pmIt's been a long long time since my last update. So much has happened. I got a tattoo, I had sex with a golden retriever in the back row of an A.I. screening, I travelled to the International Space Station, I bought a 12-pack of Cottonelle toilet paper, and I guest-hosted The Tonight Show. (one of these is true, i'll let you guess which).
Yesterday was the 4th of July. I went to my best friends' parents house and played with their nephews and niece. It wore me out. I got home at 7:00 and fell asleep. My little nap lasted 8 hours (and after peeing, another 4 hours).
on the 3rd I made asparagus and salmon. Both were teriyaki. The teriyaki sauce is made by a company called "Soy Vey", started by a Jewish man and a Chinese woman. It was incredibly delicious.
I saw Scary Movie 2 and Cats & Dogs tonight. The former sucked hard, the latter was pretty funny. Some reviews I read of Cats & Dogs actually gave it poor score because it was unfairly biased toward dogs. How fucking stupid is that? i want to shove a grenade in their ass and pull the pin. that's the only fair punishment i can think of.
Oh, here's a sucky thing: My company, which had its first ever layoffs about six weeks ago, announced today that EVERYONE in the company has to take a week of unpaid "layoff" time by the end of the year. Yeah, so that sucks. I like money. I don't want to make LESS of it. But, then again, it's better than getting laid off for good or losing another of my friends to the bullshit. Still, though, it sucks.
I'm not as good of a person as I think I am. Is anyone, really? Does anyone actually think they're a BAD person? But I'm not good. I won't elaborate, but it involves lust and shallowness. I want to have sex with every midriff-showing well-built woman i see. Don't care if she can form a sentence or walk a straight line -- hell, I don't even care if she liked Swordfish, i just want to stick my body parts into her body parts. I'm not a good person.
