Boss go home early, so Joey no feel like workey. Joey go home in 30 minutes and get ready to see Moulin Rouge with friend Tish. Then Joey come home and waste time on irc. Joey hope to see his friends on irc. Joey like his friends. Strike that: Joey LOVE his friends. Joey think Joey is nice guy. Joey not think Joey weird. Joey definately no weird. Joey would know if Joey weird, but Joey not.

Moulin Rouge fucking ROCKED. It's a great film, easily the best i have seen all year. Not that there has been a lot of choices this year. So, the total is up to 61 for the year. I went to see it with my friend Tish. Tomorrow we're going to go bowling if it rains and putt-putting if it doesn't. Now, listen to what this poor girl had to go through: She was out on Memorial Day with her boyfriend and his family. They're all drinking. She ends up drunk. She gets in an argument on the drive home. He stops the car and tells her to get out if she's so mad, and being drunk she does. and he LEAVES her there. He goes home. She calls him there and he refuses to come get her (she's stuck in a not-so-nice neighborhood in Chicago, about an hour's drive from home!) She ended up calling her sister to come get her after being stranded for more than five hours.

So that sucks, right? The guy's a dick, right? But wait, there's more! Turns out this "guy" is a co-worker of ours, one that I know well. We went out to lunch together once a week. They've been dating for a year and a half and I had no idea. I like the guy, i respect the guy, and then he goes and does something like this to my friend. It's un-fucking-excusable. I'm so pissed I could punch him. Yeah, she was drunk, but isn't that all the more reason to look after her, not abandon her? She's promised to keep my number in my wallet for future circumstances. Anyway, that pisses me off.

On urine drinking: You may recall in a post earlier today, i said "I would drink Neve's [that's Neve Campbell] urine." This is, of course, purely symbolic. I have never had so much as a sip of anyone's urine. I have no desire to actually partake of anyone's urinary libations, i.e. me no wanna drink pee-pee. I suppose if some incredible hot chick promised to do unholy things to me in exchange for a swig of her bladder juice, and I were feeling weak, I'd do it. But not as a rule and not without some form of, you know, payment.

I haven't seen sapphy on-line for two whole days now. I think she's avoiding me, the dork.
